We want you to feel confident in every mile you run, which is why Altra offers a 30-day trial period on all gear purchased through our online store. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, no questions asked.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid UPS shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

Pack and Ship

Place your unworn or trial-tested items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
